Returns

Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange within 30 days of the original date of purchase for a full refund. We kindly ask that you return the product in it's original condition and packaging to us at:

Gifts
Gift giving is not always an easy task. You may not know the correct size or desired color. To help our customers take the uncertainty out of the gift giving process, we will gladly exchange at no additional cost for a different item of the same value. Simply email us at help@thenoodley with the desired exchange information and we will send instructions. If the recipient would like to return instead, we will issue a credit or gift card.  Our goal is to make the gift giving process fun and easy as it should be.

Shipping (Returns)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
